CO-TOP Trainers are a unique group of people.

• They are compassionate professionals (and some paraeducators) who have learned a lot during their careers and are now sharing that wealth of knowledge with paraeducators.
• Their careers in education have included
• Teaching in special education, general education classrooms, bilingual education, art, music and other specialty areas
• Providing Speech Language Therapy
• Providing Physical Therapy
• Administering programs and schools
